王吉力特,男,博士、河套学院教授,草原英才,自治区“青年创新人才”。

从事“食品营养与功能因子高值化利用”方面的工作。以河套地区特色农产品、药食同源等作为研究对象,分离提纯功能因子,基于动物实验和细胞实验探究其在代谢性疾病发生发展中的重要作用、功能活性及其构效关系,研发功能性材质或食品。主持国家自然科学基金1项,内蒙古自然科学基金等省部级项目5项,市级项目3项。发表科研论文20余篇,其中10篇文章被SCI收录,申请专利2项,出版专著1部,参编教材2部。
